“anathematized - v. to cause to be a person or thing that is detested, loathed or to be cosigned to condemnation, cursed

"Anathematized" is the second track and my shortest by far. Most of this was made in one afternoon, it's relatively simple with no real key change or melody change.

I wanted to have a more mellow song in-between the two large and major tracks of the album, although it's not filler.

Symbolically to the game it's about just as the police arrive to the scene. It's quick but the song feels slow, it's definitely the slowest feeling song by far. It's pretty mellow too with no percussion and its crescendo is pretty underwhelming (which it's supposed to be).

The words don’t come out, but the scream’s just the half of it,
The words are torn out, but the story’s just a part of this.
